Unit Instructor / LeaderHighWeekly parade night plus some activity planning. Deliver syllabus modules, drill instruction and act as a primary mentor to cadets.
Unit Commanding Officer (CO)HighLeadership and administration. Oversee unit operations, volunteer management, safety and safeguarding compliance.
Specialist Skills VolunteerMediumMonthly or quarterly input. Deliver specific training modules such as basic electronics, financial literacy or advanced first aid.
Unit Support VolunteerFlexibleEvent-based support with uniform logistics, marshalling, fundraising and administration.
PROFESSIONALISM

Adult volunteers undertake mandatory training in safeguarding, health and safety, youth development best practice and programme delivery.

This is youth work with structure and standards. Cadet welfare is always paramount.
